Castleforbes – Dublin North Docklands

We are collaborating with John Paul Construction as the Temporary Works Designers for the Castleforbes residential development, a landmark project situated in Dublin’s north docklands.

The scheme comprises several residential blocks that collectively provide new housing units across the private, rental, and affordable housing sectors. The development's centrepiece is an impressive 18-storey tower, which stands as a prominent feature of the area. Construction at Castleforbes utilises modern methods, allowing for both exceptional quality and efficient project delivery.

Temporary works designs to date included hoarding, temporary access ramps, slab loadings checks for mobile crane loading and construction loading checks on slabs.

Woodbrook Block A, B & C – Shankill, South County Dublin

The Woodbrook development, situated in South County Dublin just metres from the city’s newest train station, features three modern residential blocks. Our team is collaborating closely with John Paul Construction, providing specialised Temporary Works Design services to support the project’s successful delivery.

Constructed with a pre-cast frame supported by shallow foundations. The design also includes landscaped podiums, contributing to the project's distinctive appearance.

Our engagement to date included design checks for construction loading on slabs, assessment of underground attenuation tanks for construction loading, site hoarding and recently feasibility of loading of a roof with a Christmas Tree made of scaffold tubes ballasted by concrete blocks.

London, office block redevelopment - 1.

We have been engaged by Swanton Consulting to assist with temporary works designs for a challenging office building redevelopment in central London.

So far, our role has included creating 3D design models of the existing structure, which will be used to review construction loads and assess the impact of scaffolding loads supported by the current floors. Thanks to our efficient working systems, we were able to deliver these models quickly and cost-effectively.

London, office block redevelopment - 2.

We have been engaged by our client Wentworth Global to assist with the assembly of a Revit model based on the point cloud survey for an office block redevelopment in central London. This was a challenging task due to the complexity of the scanned structure.
